Michael McLeod has been working with children and adolescents across the globe since 2005. He has previous experience in pediatrics in various settings. In 2007, Michael spent a semester in Australia to work with youth non-profits. He received his Masters in Speech and Language Sciences in 2015 from Lehman College in New York. As a speech-Language pathologist, Michael has experience working with all ages from birth to adulthood. He currently specializes in executive functioning and social skills for children with developmental disabilities. From his experiences as a speech pathologist and executive function coach, Michael developed a distinct model of therapy to enhance these skills, known as iGrow. Michael currently practices in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Micheal is working wth Dr. Samango-Sprouse and Ayesha Ganges to develop a model for executive function specifically for children with X and Y Chromosomal Disorders.
