George Stratts is a veteran of the insurance industry serving for more than 25 years in a variety of leadership roles with Chubb and AIG, most recently serving as the President and CEO of Lexington Insurance Company. Mr. Stratts provides a deep expertise in running complex and diverse businesses both across North America as well as on a global basis. As parents of a child with a chromosomal variant, he and his wife Melissa provide a family’s perspective to The Focus Foundation and have been actively supporting The Foundation through fundraising efforts and also increasing it’s profile through a number of different channels. Mr. Stratts is a graduate of Villanova University.
